Inspired by Once Upon A Time's, Regina Mills/Evil Queen, I created this piece to mirror the characters fierceness. 
This is just the touch you need to bring out the "Evil Regal" in you!
Regina is carefully crafted of solid brass. This crown is sturdy but comfortable to wear. 
The interior of the crown is lined in black leather.
Measurements: Circumference of the piece is customized to your measurements. Woman generally run 20 to 22 inches.
